Lodging at the Castle
Château Cohola, on the heights of Sablet at 1.5 km from the village, is an old Provençal bastide completely renovated which welcomes its guests in a prestigious setting, in the heart of the Rhône vineyards, in the Dentelles de Montmirail massif.
The Château Cohola lodge offers the highest standards of comfort. You will appreciate the bedding, the decoration and the beautiful natural light. This house can accommodate 5-6 people, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, mezzanine, reading corner, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, garden, parking. All rooms are air-conditioned.
Enjoy our infinity swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs and bathed by the sun of Provence. The pool is heated from 15th May to end of September for your comfort and to extend the swimming period.
The plunging view delights the eyes by offering the visitor an exceptional panorama of the vineyards of the Rhone Valley.

Christmas holiday period & From May 1st to June 17th: 320 €/night
High season (18 June – 30 September): 2700 € per week

Chateau Cohola is an ideal place for a wine and beekeeping stay. Our nine-hectares estate of vines is laid out on 15 terraces. We work our vines with the utmost respect for nature, using organic farming and following the practices of biodynamic agriculture. We are happy to exchange and share with our guests our passion for winegrowing and invite you to discover our exceptional wines.
At Château Cohola, your hosts, Cheli and Jérôme, perpetuate the local tradition of beekeeping with the traditional black bees of Provence. We are happy to share our enthusiasm with any guest who wishes to learn the art of beekeeping, or who would like to savour honey.
